In order to proceed, you must agree with the following:

If your Honeywell Sensotec or Lebow product is in need of repair and/or recalibration, you will need to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) before returning the unit.

If you need to return items for credit, please do not use this form. We require that you contact us directly for your RMA.

Please remove Honeywell units from your fixturing before shipping units to us.

Please complete the information below. You will receive your RMA# and shipping instructions. If no problem is found upon evaluation, a $95 fee will be billed.
